How long does my order take to ship?

Please note; I am a one woman show who makes around 60% of the merchandise on this site by hand and therefore orders will take time to be shipped out. General estimates are between 1-3 weeks. During heavy order seasons such as Christmas this can be up to four weeks, however, there will be a notice on the main page telling you when the order cut off date is for Christmas orders.

 

 Can I get tracking for my order? 

Yes you can purchase tracking for your order, simply choose your preferred delivery method from the dropdown menu. 

 

How much do you charge? 

I charge a flat fee of £3.50 for UK orders and £9.50 for international orders. These options are to cover all costs of ordering from the postage to the packaging materials. This does not include a tracking number, please refer to the drop down menu when checking out to purchase a tracking number.

 

Free Shipping!

All orders over £75 will ship for free. This does not include a tracking number. If your order is over £75 and you wish to purchase a tracking number please use the drop down menu to add it on. 

 

Pre-Orders

Please note; if your order contains a pre-order all items will be shipped together. This can take up to 8 weeks from the close of pre-orders. If an item says backorder the merchandise has already been purchased and should be with me within four weeks. All items on backorder or pre-order will be shipped together with the rest of your order.
